    You feel ashamed of your body.

Let's Begin Your Healing Journey

A FIRST FREE CONNECT

* Please note that before this session takes place, you are required to apply below. *

This first session is like our quick “first date”, where we’ll talk face to face about what pains you in your relationships with your body and food, what are the symptoms of your pains, and what you desire for your life to be like, if+when you no longer have such pains and symptoms. You can also ask me questions that you may have.

Before the end of this “first date”, if we both feel enough “chemistry” to “explore” together and you feel safe enough to open up to me on our “second date”, then we’ll schedule an Initial Intake Session.

INITIAL INTAKE SESSION

The Initial Intake Session is officially our “second date”. On this date, I expect you to come see me with your heart open wider than on the first date, since I’ll be quite nosy asking you series of questions around what can possibly make your heart ache in your relationships with your body and food. That means I will poke a little around your family background and childhood history and/or past traumatic experiences if it’s relevant, including your current life situations be they, work, money, intimacy, spiritual connection, etc. {if you’re ready to share with me}—because any of these can potentially be the “volcanos” underneath your symptoms and pains.  

During this date we may have some little clues about the “why’s” of your challenges. I might be able to tell you, if I hear any sign of your first “divine message” from your unique pains and symptoms. We may be able to set one or two small goals for you to start walking toward. You’ll also leave the session with one or two baby steps to follow so you can start “warming up your muscles” for new ways to connect with your body, as healing relationships with bodies and food is expected to be a “long game”.

Before the end of this date, if you feel ready to officially embark on your healing journey, and want to “go steady” with me, we’ll schedule your Follow Up Session(s).

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS

50-minute sessions

In Follow Up Sessions, we’ll definitely touch base on what your experience has been being on this journey and on the process of healing steps I recommended to you in our previous date. Since we are “going steady”, and as we continue to do so, overtime, we’ll definitely delve deeper into what keeps poking you and stinging you from beneath your challenges. Expectedly, we’ll engage in lots of explorations toward your goals—big and small. We’ll also allow your journey to take us where there are more divine messages and lessons that may give us keys to unlock the “blackbox” of your healing.

I know, this kind of healing work is a serious affair, but I’ll make sure that we get to have fun and you get to celebrate every effort you make, every step you take, and every sweat and tear you drop.

Most importantly, during these sessions and in between, you can rest assured that you’ll be loved on by me!
